DUTIES

Community-Based One to One aide at Pathways – Anne Arundel is assigned to work with a student to provide academic and behavior management support throughout the school day to a student receiving instructional services in the Anne Arundel & Baltimore City area. The One to One aide works together on a daily basis with another staff person along with the student. **Must be able to drive personal vehicle to students’ locations in the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Experience with students with emotional disabilities and work with adolescents preferred.
